ELLA PASSES AGED CARE QUALITY REVIEWPosted on Oct 29, 2018.
Every 3 years each organization that provides Aged Care has to undergo an audit of it's Aged Care services by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency. This involves an external auditor coming in and reviewing our policy and procedures, interviewing service users and staff and ensuring our service meets the Australian Governments Aged Care Standards. I am pleased to say the Ella Centre has successfully passed the audit and meets all the requirement of the Aged Care Standards. This is a great achievement and a credit to our Aged care staff.
